Skhj-c horizontal flange straightening machine is mainly used for flange straightening of welded H-beam and T-beam. It is used for flange straightening of H-beam production line. When H-beam is welded, the flange of H-beam will deform under the action of welding application, so it must be corrected before use.
Skhj-c horizontal flange straightener is divided into three parts
A. front roller table: the total length is 15000mm and the width is 3000mm. The main function of the front roller table is to transport the straightening workpiece to the straightening host.
B. main engine: 6500mm long, 2000mm wide and 2800mm high. The main engine is composed of two independent flange straightening machines on the left and right. The main function of the main engine is to straighten the flanges on both sides of H-beam at the same time.
C. rear roller table: the total length is 15000mm and the width is 3000mm. The main function of the rear roller table is to transport the corrected H-beam.
skhj-c horizontal flange straightening machine adopts the overall structure of horizontal straightening, the left flange straightening machine is fixed, and the right flange straightening machine can be straightened along with the change of web height; and the dynamic roller mechanism is used for vertical placement, which can move in both vertical and horizontal directions at the same time, so as to adapt to the change of H-beam center height. The right flange straightening machine can move horizontally on the rolling track. When the web height changes, the right main machine can complete the correction of the flange plate during the movement. Its corrective power is hydraulic system, which realizes the control of high power linear displacement, and the use of cycloidal gear reducer with large speed ratio and small volume, which realizes low-speed and stable transmission.
